"Samantha from Riverview is amazing. She went out of her way to text me after I was frantically calling vets in town for a last-minute second opinion for our dog who had been diagnosed with a grim prognosis for spleen cancer the day prior. Our dog means the world to us, and many vets we called that day barely let me finish before cutting me off and saying they had no appointments. Samantha took my call and really empathized with our situation. She promised she would call us immediately if there were any cancellations that day - which she did. She even texted me as a follow up on what I imagine was her personal cell phone just to ensure I got her message and that the spot was open for our girl. Fortunately we had already found another vet in town who could rush our pup in that morning, but I still really appreciated this extra effort on Samantha's part. That way a truly difficult day full of stress and decisions, and her kindness made a huge difference."
